This window similarly to the "Cannot stop the device" window,
except it displays a list of processes locking "neighbours" of the given device
at a USB hub (not processes locking the given device).
Why it does so?
On returning a device back the program restarts not the given device, but
a USB hub where this device is connected to. If there are another devices
connected to the hub together with our device and if a process opened files
from one of these neighbour devices, the hub will not allow restarting itself.
USB Safely Remove displays all processes opened files on neighbour devices
and let you close these processes or their files, thus eneabling you to
return the device back.
Given window looks similar to "Cannot stop the device" window and its
controls perform similar functions. So, see
"Cannot stop the device" window description
for help.
