ok, just try it without the safely remove. using the native remove from windows 7, it's detected fine as usb storage.


so please help to fix it.

Older USB Prolific disc are not detected by safelyremove

When I insert this older flashdisk, it's not detected by safelyremove. so I cannot stop it. just unplug it without stopping it first.

it works fine on win xp.

what's wrong with it?

Safely remove 4 final cannot detect my sierra wireless card 881U, please help...

Just bought a GSM Modem Sierra Wireless Card 881U and safely remove simply cannot detect the device.

It's not listed there..

yes, it's hidden and not too annoying to me. However, this behavior not only on PMCIA Card but also on USB hub.

It is fixed already with build 7. However, there is still one problem. When I see the hidden devices, there are still 2 unknown devices. They are NEC PCI to USB Open Host Controller. Both are the same.

What are they?

yes, I already revert back to beta 4. However, the new feature of bring back the device on beta 6 is really cool. I hope you can find the problem soon.
