Re: Error when shutting down

Hello,

Thank you for posting here.
What version of USB Safely Remove do you use?
Did you try the newest 4.7 version?
Does the program reinstalling help?

Does the built-in system remove hardware service work properly and allow you to remove your device safely?

Re: Using USB Safely Remove v4.7 (or earlier) causes BSOD

It seems the problem isn't related to USB Safely Remove. I recommend you to contact to Agnitum Outpost developers. I don't think you should reinstall or update any system drivers. Similar issues appear with PC Tools Firewall. It prevents USB Safely Remove driver to work properly. In your case the co...

Re: Spanish translation

Hi Diego, Thank you for the translation. Also, I'll be glad to translate any future versions of the program Great! I hope you will. and even of Zentimo We should consider it. I'm currently revising, proofreading and completing the language file, and I'll send it to you when it's ready. Best regards. Hi Diego, We still wait your updated translation to Spanish. We are about to...

Re: truecrypt \$Extend\$RmMetadata\$TxfLog\

Hello, Thank you for your message. Unfortunately Windows has a problem with its native NTFS file system. Sometimes some external devices have been locked by NTFS transactions and Windows cannot remove them safely. It is a Windows' bug. However I hope we'll resolve that problem for future versions of...

Re: Can I reactivate an external HD?

There's only one way to return the device back. In order to do this you need to reset a USB-hub, which is used to connect your device. Unfortunately the program looks for device by its PnP-name, so if the device isn't displayed in stopping menu the program doesn't know anything on the device and whi...

Re: Request: A tray slide-up PopUp (notifications option)

What about sounds embedded compressed audio or user-selectable audio (mp3,wav,ogg,midi)? Or program choices to use native Windows system sounds? Or is sounds more tailored for Zentimo Hello bull, I think it's a very good idea to use specified sound for device insertion/stopping/removing. We will co...
