This is very interesting idea, and we will consider implementing of this features in one of future versions of the program.

Try to uncheck option "Replace native Safely Remove Hardware Icon". This will restore sounds.

It seems that your system trying to index external HDD. You can try to disable indexing service.

Try to check status of Data Execution Prevention (DEP) feature.
If this feature is enabled - it may cause an error.

Sorry for the long reply - the program's development takes lot of time.

The file "deviceClassList.txt" contains comments on Russian indeed.
But these comments don't affect application's functioning anyhow. So this shouldn't concern you.
