I definitely agree matching theme or wallpaper that people use with different colour icon is a good idea.
Or some might want to use windows default icon.
And it will be also better for an option to apply user customised icons for complete freedom:)

Since new version improved the UI, I think it will be better if there is an option in settings to change the default boring green arrow tray icon...
