[Idea]- Web Interface for Removing Drives from NAS

I have a Windows Based NAS, where I connect my external harddrives. I read with the new global autorun feature you could run applications/commands. So I thought if I connect my external harddrive i could autorun the netshare command, and share the drive automatically across the whole network. But I cannot remove the harddrive safely until I connect to the NAS over RDP. Would it be possible to create a little webinterface for USB Safely Remove where you can remove the drives which are connected to the computer. This way it would be perfect for me

Hello Chainer,

That's an interesting idea, and we will consider adding it in future (but not soon). However now you can implement it by yourself if you have a small knowledge one of web-languages (e.g. PHP). USB Safely Remove have a command line, so it is possible to use it and write some simple scripts that displays all the current devices and lets you stop one of them.
