Bug: TrueCrypt-disk doesn't stop

Hi all,
I mount a TrueCrypt harddisk using "Device Properties" and AutoRun of the tool. Mounting works: when the disk is started, I am asked for the password by TrueCrypt. But when I try to unmount, I see that actually the TrueCrypt device is unmounted but the window "Trying to stop USB devices" does not disappear, i.e. the tool hangs. When I try to unmount for a second time, I get an error messge saying there is no TrueCrypt drive to remove (which is correct because it has already been successfully removed by TrueCrypt!) and then the USB drive is successfully removed by "USB Safely Remove".
The protocol file shows for this event:

New exception(4.1.5.800):
Delphi exception, type Exception, message: RequestUSBDeviceEject. Device with PNP Name: USB\VID_04FC&PID_0C25\SAMSUNG_HDS13PJ1KPB03642______ does not exist in the list now

So it appears to me that there is a crash somewhere.
Does anyone else have this problem, is this a (known) bug?
I am using XP SP3 and release 4.1.5.800.

Thanks, Stefan

Hi Stefan,
I'm sorry for so long response.

Do you get this issue every time when you dismount TrueCrypt volume or it's an occassional problem?

Thanks for the info. Can you also send us bug-report from the program. In order to send the report you should proceed to "Main menu -> Help -> Report a bug", and in the opened dialog enter your e-mail and a short description of the problem (just copy the text of the problem above and add the link to the forum). This helps us to investigate the problem more detailed

Are you unmounting the TruCrypt volume before trying to eject the USB device? I have been using TruCrypt on Windows 7 x64 and have not had any issues with it or USB Safely Remove. Do you have TruCrypt mount the volume as a removable device? If so you shouldn't have any problems.
