Currently there are fully Windows 64 compatible version of USB Safely Remove. It's tested under Win 7 64 and it works OK there. It's actually not fully 64 bits but I doubt you'll find any differences between it and actual 64 bit application.
We have full 64 bit version in our plans, but since the current version works appropriately on Win 64 bit it's not a near future.
