I've seen too many cases where people have assigned a drive letter to a USB drive (be it hard drive or flash) and then moved the drive to a different computer and the new system has a letter conflict.
How about a way to remove a fixed letter and restore it to a floating letter?

Hello, thanks for your message!
I'm not sure that I have understood you enough well. Could you describe it a little bit more detailed. What is "a floating letter" and what conflict a drive has on a new system? AFAIK, one thing of connecting a drive to a new system is that it has a new letter, different from the letter on a previous system. Is it a problem for you? And why?
