Why would an internal (SATA) drive be listed in the Safely Remove window? Even though it shows as a hidden item this is an internal SATA drive inside the computer. It should never be stopped by the Safely Remove program so why is it listed?

Actually all SATA drives are hot-swappable, therefore the program display it on the menu. Unfortunately we do not know a way to distinguish an internal SATA drive from an external one. Both are connected using the same interface and both can be hot-swapped. So the only way to hide it is to use menu option "Hide device from the tray menu".
