Can return device by GUI but not by command line

Post by nobody »

Using the GUI I can always return my USB HDD without problems, however using the command line gives me
Cannot return "XYZ USB Device (<ntfs mountpoint>)"
device back right now! Some processes might have opened files on this device nei
ghbours at USB-hub. Stop them and try to stop again.
Use "usr wholocks ..." command to find out these processes.
Note that the command is correct, it sometimes works

Hello,
Thank you for your question and I apologize for the long response.

Can you try our latest beta version: http://safelyremove.com/exe/usbsafelyre ... -beta1.exe whether it works correct for you?
