We are happy to announce immediate availability of USB Safely Remove 4.7! The new version includes some minor UI improvements and critical bug fixes so it's highly recommended to upgrade.
Download now or read more below.
Device menu default skin improved
We did some minor changes to make it looking more attractive, especially in Windows 7
Close button is added to our balloon notifications
Choose device icon dialog became resizeable
Thus allowing you to select icons with more convenience
- Devices connected to external USB hubs might get duplicated in the device menu
- Sometimes a service connection error displayed on Windows startup
- An awkward message was displayed when you attempt to load an image with unsupported format to assign to the device
- The system tray icon might not display even if there are devices to be stopped
- Autorun feature. The %PhysicalDeviceName% command line now contains a correct value (thus allowing you to operate e.g. TrueCrypted partitions)
- Icons in the main program menu were accidentally removed in the previous version
- There was no notification on card reader memory card disconnection
Just download the program from the box below and install. It's not necessary to uninstall the previous version first.
The program is under constant development so if you have any ideas, notes or found bugs feel free to
let us know!

Hey,
This behavior comes from the first versions of USB Safely Remove, and it's made intentionally so that after accessing the options you will still have access to your devices for some time without going to the systray icon.

Hi,
USB Safely Remove is a commercial try-before-you-buy software. You can use it freely for 30 first days and then you should either purchase it or uninstall.
And yes, after several days of usage you will be notified about registering the program.

Hi,
>I own 4.3.2.590. Do I need to pay to upgrade?
If you have a paid license with lifetime upgrades you do not need to pay. In order to check your license type just request the license to your email here: //safelyremove.com/restoreLicKey.htm and the new license key email contains information about period of your upgrades.
>Also, does the newest version allow Global Autorun specific to a device
Global Autorun programs are launched for all devices. For your case you should use "Local" autorun feature which is set per device (Device -> Properties -> Auto Run tab).

Hello guys.
I have one question.
When I locate my mouse cursor on the icon of the "USB Safly Remove" in the in the right lower corner (tray bar) it is poping up the little windows with plugged USB devices, but I don't want it that way, I would like to see that little windows with plugged USBs when I press on "USB Safly Remove" icon!
Is it possible, because as far as I see it is not, or maybe there is a little tweak for that?
Thanks
