Re: Request: An AutoPlay feature with great settings

Also USBSR must give users an option to HIDE the native Windows 7 "Scan and Fix" window prompt here is a guide on actually disabling the native "Scan and Fix" feature: http://www.howtogeek.com/howto/35622/disable-scan-and-fix-for-removable-drives-in-windows/ ....However disabling...

Re: Easy Req: Add a 16x16 program icon to some window title

To Igor and all USBSR developers, this is a lovely (very small) feature which all Windows developers can make use of. It adds beauty and recognition to a Windows GUI interface for the user and is not difficult to add (I suggested to another developer of a different app and he liked it and implemente...

Re: Request: A tray slide-up PopUp (notifications option)

Well thank you for adding this feature (well, very close to it) in version 4.6 beta 1.

In future it would be nice if we could customize the notification to use a slide up/down sys tray but as for now it's ok and much better than the previous native-Windows balloon pop-up

thanks.

Re: Request: An AutoPlay feature with great settings

http://i54.tinypic.com/vf820m.jpg Actually Microsoft have well-fixed the 'autoplay' feature on Windows 7. But on previous Windows (XP & Vista) this same 'autoplay' feature get's fragmented then stops appearing over time. But in Win 7 they've seemed to have fixed that. Still USbSafelyRemove coul...

Re: Request: A tray slide-up PopUp (notifications option)

What about sounds embedded compressed audio or user-selectable audio (mp3,wav,ogg,midi)? Or program choices to use native Windows system sounds?

Or is sounds more tailored for Zentimo

Re: A History list --> "Recently Connected Devices"

You could put an advanced one in Zentimo - printing fucntions, copy info to clipboard etc. .. and then a basic one of this feature in USB Safely Remove in where it would only display and export to text file. In USB Safely Remove the best place to put this feature IMO would be on double-clicking tray...

Re: Easy Req: Add a 16x16 program icon to some window title

Have you decided on adding this in a next update?

It would be nice for just the 'Options' and 'About' windows of USBSR.. Or maybe all windows why not

Add a 256x256 icon to the exe (I know, not needed really)

Hi, I know USBSR is a tray application and icons of tray-application only files don't require the Hi res 256x256 Vista/7 icon but with the recent, sharper redesign of the existing logo, why not show it off  http://safelyremove.com/images/usbsr_icon_128.png Personally I am an icon enthusiast on ...

Re: Request: A tray slide-up PopUp (notifications option)

Yes, Igor, thank you so much for replying and agreeing. Along with this feature you could add speed/delay settings for it. Actually Opera and Firefox (Opera 10's is nicer) do this same type of tray pop-up but I just took the time to make the animated demo to give you that clearer picture of the requ...

Re: Request: An AutoPlay feature with great settings

Hi again, just to let you guys know, Kaspersky 2010 Internet Security has an instant prompt for scanning upon any disk insertion, unfortunately Kaspersky doesn't have the 'browse disk' feature that is being requested in this topic but it almost does it; (click image to enlarge) http://t2.pixhost.org...
