Re: Offtopic: LockHunter

Hi Techland, I'm sorry for so long response. Our current web-site is outdated and we are going to renew it where we will fix this lackness of the information about our other products. Currently all our products are listed on our company web-site: http://crystalrich.com/ P.S. I'm glad to hear that yo...

Re: Cannot install trial on a clients PC

Hi bawldiggle,
I'm sorry for the delay with the response.

Sure you can install the publicly available installer (which you can download to your flash drive) to your clients' computers. Note, you cannot use your license for them, if they wish to use the program they should purchase their own licenses.

Re: Stop load at startup

Hi. Short of uninstalling USBSafelyremove, how do I stop it from loading at startup, including USBSRSERVICE.EXE? Have already deselected "Run on Windows Startup" from within the program and have stopped USBSRSERVICE.EXE via third-party programs and made it manual instead of automatic (sta...

Nice to see you are still around! I was referring to this topic http://safelyremove.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1054 which had beren ignored by you/the others in the last 12 months. I had severe problems a month ago when I tried to update my computer with USB 3 cards, so I gave up and sent th...

Re: Windows 8 support?

Can you confirm if USBSafelyRemove works with Windows 8, or when it will? USB Safely Remove 5.1 was tested and it's working fine on Windows 8, except some minor graphical issues. The next version will come within a month and will contain a full support of Windows 8. P.S. I'm very sorry for the long...

Re: Always updating Windows Start Key in Registry

Yes. it looks like USB Safely Remove (and Zentimo) have been abandonded by their programmers. No response for a long time, the blog is filled with spam, reported problems (especially with USB 3) stay unanswered and therefore unsolved. Techland, please feel free to report us again about the problems...

Re: Always updating Windows Start Key in Registry

Each time USBSR starts, it adds itself to the Windows Registry Run key, EVEN IF it is already there. It should check to see if it is already in the Registry Run key and if so, ONLY then add itself. I have a Software Monitor that blocks programs from adding themselves to the Windows Registry Run key...

Yes, the new USB Safely Remove core is the same with Zentimo and some minor issues may happen due to the significant changes. No problem for your words we deserved them, we should monitor the forums more frequently.

Re: Startup Popups disable

Klaatu, It seems you manually added USB Safely Remove to the Windows autorun using one of its standard facilities (e.g. via Startup section in the Start menu or via registry). If you don't need USB Safely Remove to autorun with Windows try to look for the corresponding autorun entries and delete the...
