Re: No user icons in latest USR

Indeed it's not correct :) Could you tell me how that should be translated to German: "Run on Windows startup"?

Re: "Autorun" on VISTA Ultimate (32-bit) SP2

Yes, I tried that just now, but the situation remains the same. It appears that the drive got un-formatted somehow after I unplugged it. I tried to re-format it, but I keep getting the error message "the format did not complete successfully". Hi Zoha, You are elevating 4-year old thread, ...

Re: Multi-partitioned HDD, safely remove

bawldiggle , Thanks for thorough explanation! When you click to any drive of such multipartitioned disk the whole device will be safely removed. So there's no difference where to click to remove the device: to a drive item or to a device (e.g. to the device caption). But things different for device...

bawldiggle,
Thanks for your nice words!

I'm not sure I understand what's your question or problem. What behavior of the program are you expecting?

Re: System clock resolution 1ms

3 months already... That's quite disappointing. Hi Techland, I haven't promised we will release a new version in a month, I just hoped it will be released in a month but unfortunately it won't happened. Software building is a kind of work where it's hard to estimate dates since there are lots of re...

Re: BadUSB devices

I just noticed that the quite famous USB Drive Letter Manager (from Uwe Sieber) added such a confirmation for USB keyboards to his program in the latest version, as protection from BadUSB devices. Hi Techland, We will consider adding this feature. Also now if you connect such bad device you will se...

Re: USB 3 on Windows XP

Hello Galton2, Do you see this drive in USB Safely Remove? Do you see notification "the device is removed" from USB Safely Remove when you unplug the drive? Also please describe a bit more detailed what do you mean by "unplug a USB 3 Drive from the ports using the Resenas drivers"...

Re: System clock resolution 1ms

Question: when will the update of USR be available? This being a minor update I fear it will not be easy to find out as you no longer openly communicate the versions and updates of USR. I dare to say that because: I hope in a month approximately. - you removed all version information from the home ...

Re: System clock resolution 1ms

Hello guys, Clearly it's a bug in the program since there's no need in changing of this global option. I have traced this issue and found that one of the thirdparty library (VirtualTreeView) that program uses changes this setting, but this problem has already fixed in its newer version. So in the fo...
