Re: Are forcestop/forceruturn command still actual?

Hi Max,
Both commands are actual for the command line tool. It seems the online manual is outdated. I've just fixed it and added description for both of the commands. Many thanks for your attention!

Re: Is that's normal that USR reinitialize all USB devices .

Hi Max.A,
I'm terribly sorry for so long response, I've missed your question here.

Yes, it's normal, since in order to reactivate the device we restart the whole USB hub where it's connected to. In the following version we will likely implement an option to stop and return it without the hub restart.

Re: Physical Removal Necessary?

Hi JohnC998, In theory a malicious software can access your drive's content even when it's safely removed or disabled. First it can return it back the same way as our software does (by restarting the USB hub). But it's not easy since when the device is safely removed there's no way to know it was a ...

Re: Any way to adjust when usage bar changes from green to r

Hi TechGuy8, I'm sorry for so late response. It should became red only when disc free space is less than 25% (that almost conforms to your suggestion), from 25% to 50% it's orange, and when there are more than 50% it's green. If you observe that the bar became red at 50% please send us the screensho...
