Setup file, same version different signing dates

Hi Igor,

I wonder, and it's not the first time, why you release a new setup file having the same version but different signing date.

For instance, I've got:
usbsafelyremovesetup_7-0-5.exe | Version 7.0.5.1320 | Signed on December 6th, 2023 | Not available anymore.
and
usbsafelyremovesetup_7-0-5.exe | Version 7.0.5.1320 | Signed on May 4th, 2024 | Currently available.
