About 2 days ago I started seeing the (practically useless) native safely remove icon and USB Safely Remove was gone. I tried running it from the start menu but it never creates a window (looking at task manager the process runs for a few seconds then exits) The assistant service is running
I tried uninstalling and reinstalling twice, multiple reboots, running as administrator and nothing seems to work to even get the program to fully open. I usually have no problem figuring these things out but I'm at a loss now.
I'm running Windows 7 Ultimate SP1
