USB Safely Remove 6.0.6.1259 CLI on device STOP error

Hello,

I used SR to auto stop my external HDD after login or unhebirnate on Win7x64 via system Scheduler.
I used 5.5.1.1250 version for a long time without any problems.
I updated to 6.0.6.1259 and found that HDD is working after reload, etc.

I used CLI to check and got some system feedback:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\USB Safely Remove\usr.exe" forcedstop -d j:
"C:\Program Files (x86)\USB Safely Remove\usr.exe" stop -d j:

Error: Unexpected error: Exception - No SettingsStorages assigned! Use AddSettingsStorage to add at least one settings storage

The version 5.5.1.1250 restored and working Ok again.
