Toolbar icons on 4K displays

The toolbar icons are too small on on 4K displays. Is there a way to fix it?

What certain icons do you mean? Can you provide a screenshot?

There is a setting in the customize buttons window. To change the the toolbar from small icons to big icons and have labels for each icon. Have you tried that or are they to small as well?
