Hi,
I use a relay controlled power strip that kills power to all other devices when the power consumption of my desktop pc drops below a few watts (= when it's switched off or in energy saving mode). However because of this I have to remember to eject any attached usb harddrives, otherwise the desktop awakes immediately because a usb device changed and then it complains about lost data.
It would be great if USB Safely Remove could detect if the system is about to go into standby and eject the specified devices.
