Are forcestop/forceruturn command still actual?

Are forcestop/forcereturn command line keys still actual?
They were before in the online manulk before, but removed now.

Both commands are actual for the command line tool. It seems the online manual is outdated. I've just fixed it and added description for both of the commands. Many thanks for your attention!
