Card reader in printer not showing up

Ok the printer is an HP C7280, the card reader shows up in my computer, but not in safely remove, any idea why not?

It's just a bit of pain to have to crank up my computer just to eject the media.

I'm terribly sorry for such long response. Could you send us the bug-report from the program. In order to send the report you should proceed to "Main menu -> Help -> Report a bug", and in the opened dialog enter your e-mail and a short description of the problem (with the link to this forum thread). This helps us to investigate the problem more detailed
