USB only works when computer not on heavy load

My computer has an Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 @ 1.86GHz processor, I use Windows XP and have 3 WD external hard drives 2+1000 GB and a 1500GB. USB Safely Remove Version 4.3.2.950 usually freezes when I attempt to shut down the drives when the computer is under full load eg video conversion. It shuts down fine when not under load. Is this a known problem?

In order to understand what happened with program we need more information. Could you please send us a bug report from the program (right click on tray icon -> Help -> Report a bug). We will research that problem.
