Question about safely removing...

When I try to remove an external hard disk drive with this program,
program says cannot remove the hard disk drive and it couldn't find the process...perhaps window locked it.
Nothing works when this happens, program force removal doesn't work.
Any explanation will be appreciated

Yes, sometimes this may happen. And this not a problem of our program but it's a bug in Windows since there are really no processes that lock the devices.We are currently investigating what we can do to fix it, and I hope we will release a solve in one of the next versions.
