Flash card reader not recognized

Hi,

I have a multi-function card reader not recognized by USB safely remove.
I can eject the media with windows built-in tool, but I cannot see an eject option in USB safely remove.

I apologize for the long response.

First of all please be sure that your card reader is not in the "hidden devices" list. You could move it there by mistake.

Next, please tell me if the card reader is listed in native safely remove hardware menu. I mean this menu:
