Flash card reader not recognized

Post by capitalm » Sat Apr 09, 2011 7:02 am

Hi,

I have a multi-function card reader not recognized by USB safely remove.
I can eject the media with windows built-in tool, but I cannot see an eject option in USB safely remove.

The following page is a report generated by USB dev view.
https://spreadsheets.google.com/pub?hl= ... utput=html

This is their product page.

I wonder if this can be fixed?

Thanks.

Hello,
I apologize for the long response.

First of all please be sure that your card reader is not in the "hidden devices" list. You could move it there by mistake.

Next, please tell me if the card reader is listed in native safely remove hardware menu. I mean this menu:

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.
No, it is not in the Hidden device list, and yes, it showed up in the native menu.
