Check the version!
Before entering the license key please, check you have the latest version installed: Right click to the USB Safely Remove system tray icon, choose "Help" -> "About program..." menu item, find the version number here and compare it to the number on our web-site. If you have an earlier version, download the latest one from the program download page

Where do I find the license key?

The license key email should be sent to you immediatelly after you purchased the registration. If you cannot find it in your inbox, check your spam folder, perhaps it got there. If you cannot find it anywhere try using our restore license key form or feel free to contact us.

After you purchased the license, you will receive the license key email with the subject that says something like this: "USB Safely Remove Personal License Key". In the email you will find the license key - a character sequence between the lines "License Key Start" and "License Key End".

Copy this sequence to the clipboard so that later you can paste it to the registration window.

It's not recommended to type the license key into the program manually, since it so is easy to made a typo. Just select it and use Ctrl+C key combination to copy it to the clipboard.

How to enter the key

Find USB Safely Remove's icon in the system tray and left-click to it (or just hover mouse over the icon for some time).
In the displayed menu click the "key" () button and select the "Enter Licence Key" (or "Change key") item.
Copy and Paste your registration code from the license email and press 'OK'.
The program will tell you that everything is OK. If you see an error message feel free to contact us.
Right click to the program icon in the system tray and choose "Help" -> "About program". In the displayed dialog check your registration details
